I would like to apologise to all new nipper parents about the issue we had about the changing rooms at the club, we can not allow parents in to help their child change as (1) we do not have the room, (2) we have made them a child protection area, (3) we like the children to be independent when changing. All coaches that use the changing rooms have been C.R.B checked. I am very sorry for not mentioning this before we returned to the beach.

Fundraising

The Friday night BBQ has been a great success, and the fundraising group will continue to hold them every fortnight, they would also like more helpers if you can spare time please see Glynn Winchester, Tara Spark, Liz Brooks or Madaline Steel-Perkins. Also thank you to all the parents that have already helped out.

50/50

Cornish Nipper Champs

This will be our first competition this year, we would like to retain the title of Cornish Champs, Emma Phillips (Competition Secretary) has already started circulating entry forms. We would like to encourage all Nippers to take part as it is a great event and day out, please see me for more details.

Max Hocking Fun Day

Late notice but the Max Hocking fun day will take place at Porthtowan on the 1^st July. Please check the notice boards updates or speak to me.

Wrist Bands

We will be continuing to issue wrist bands when nippers register on Friday Nights, I am asking all parents can you please make sure all nippers hand the wrist band back to Mrs Newing or Mrs Fielder before leaving the beach as a register is also being taken when they have finished training.

Newsletters

I am currently sending some newsletters via email, if you are not receiving this can you please send me an email with your Childs name and I will add you to the mailing list, this is a more guaranteed way of making sure all nippers receive up to date information and will save 100`s of bits of paper and time
